Also for next year: there should definitely be a "File of the year" award.

so like, the best file by difficulty section makes a little sense (even though the beginner section is really small compared to the others), but it's not a good replacement for best file at all
also while a lot of the "worst" prizes were removed, worst file is a way more reasonable one to keep than worst thread
