decent idea.... but as she put the suit up as a class-action, which means that she'll be opening it to ANYONE who bought the game in the entire country... it spans much more than just her, and would NOT disappear with her timely demise.

One solution I saw somewhere (it's not my idea, but I don't remember where I got it) is to apply the movie rating system to video games. I mean, graphics have become so frigging awesome these days it's almost like you're watching a movie. Then people will have no excuse for buying a game rated NC-17.

I can almost picture a flick that is basically a spoof of GTA with real actors, as a matter of fact, and I'll bet half the audience won't know the difference if it's done well. Graphics can get this good.

Of course, I admit that there's one charge against video games that is a slam dunk. Kids don't get physical exercise when they play a video game, and indeed the rise in obesity among younger people is a serious issue. But, of course, you don't get exercise from doing homework either.

And like I said, this is so obviously a get the Ao rating more used as in factoring in parental involvment, the M apparantly isn't good enough for parental control, so lets get the Ao, showing porn to a minor is still a serious offence. Bring up a class action when you have an Ao game in your house, your going down for a buncha shit there. Rockstar will be fine: with so much hype about gta and the amount of sales, I guarantee its future Ao games will still be on shelves for a more educated audience's purchasing pleasure.

All it is is a personal vendetta of the suer in an attempt to get money. This is all lies and bs. god DAMN this stuff makes me mad. I sent a few emails to that jack thompson fellow. he sure is an idiot. Most of these stupid lawsuits are just ways to make some quick cash. I would go on a full-on rant but ive done that alot. I even had the pleasure of writing it in 9th grade as an essay. Good stuff, too, but thats beside the point. this old bitch needs a shot to the face.

When I unlocked this scene on my copy of GTA:SA I cried for 3 days straight. I then had to go to the Emergency Room because I was dehydrated from crying so much.

And it's all Rockstars fault I am a wimp.
