To get 1st in D1, I'll have to hope that the last song is a range 50-59 song that I'm actually good at.

1.) If there is a song that high, we would all be just as screwed

2.) I don't think think the last song will be that brutal. If the rest of the song picks are as similar in level as they have been to psychoangel's tourney so far, the last song should be around 28

3.) And you definitely don't have to worry about me beating you. I'm pretty new, so I'm already struggling.

Last Official, the final for D1 was I Can't Wait [60], also over 3 min long

^, and since this is a preparation tournament for the official, the later rounds will scale much harder.

Right now they've been very similar in difficulty choice from Kayla's Tournament

Like I think next round I'm going to change the song levels from +2 to +4

Really all I'm doing to pass the time at this point is racking up Skill tokens and FCs, and making stepfiles that I won't touch for weeks. It still feels slow, waiting for the next round, however.

I'm pretty sure the final rounds for D1 are so hard to find where the contestants actually belong. Probably a lot of people in D1 are actually above D1.

I'm pretty sure the final rounds for D1 are so hard to find where the contestants actually belong. Probably a lot of people in D1 are actually above D1.

For officials, the winner of D1 tends to be AT LEAST solid D3 if not bordering D4 by the end of the tournament.

Yeah, I was wondering if I would fit better in D2 when I AAA'd the first song in D1.
Also, I was following the 1x/C310 equivalent in Legacy to try and get the C550 setting that I use in Stepmania.
