Usually the same, maybe an additional day if something is coming from the states. But with Max being where he is in BC, I'd think most of the US tokens would arrive the same timeframe as one to AK.

If you used Paypal it goes to the Paypal billing address. I had that problem too, thankfully I was at my mom's house the day it arrived.

This was the case with me, but I specifically asked for it to be sent to the proper address and was reassured it was updated to the proper address afterwards.

Although I still haven't gotten mine, which is lame
