Generally, the winner is the person with 3 or 4 real votes, since 95% of nominees for every category are jokes.

Troll and spam votes will not be counted.This means filling in someone's name for all or most categories or making votes that say rude things in a category. If you have troll votes as well as legitimate votes you may lose all of them depending on the severity.

this is undemocratic. people should be able to fill out the forms any way they please. if you choose the same person for most of the awards, your votes dont count?? thats unfair and im not sure if i completely understand what constitutes a "spam or troll vote". i feel like this could give mods an opportunity to only count certain votes and thus change the tallies in favor of certain people
