Already started on some:
-Wake up on time for once. Ever since I figured out that my body needs 9 hours of sleep, this hasn't been a problem. For years, I've tried to get by on 7 hours, but always ended up hitting the snooze button on my alarm until about 2 hours later. Now I get up no problem.
-Starting today, I've increased my DDR exercise regimen from 12 songs to 15 songs.
