Skype premium? What good is that? It gives you a phone number, right? Anything else of value?

I use Google Voice plus talkatone on my smartphone for voip calling with a number, but Google Voice can make and receive calls from my Google Voice phone number directly from a PC. I can still use Skype to make calls for my Skype name and I don't have a phone number from Skype... but I DO have a number from Google Voice. And Google Voice is ALWAYS free.

I guess a backup to Google Voice might be nice, but I really don't see the benefit of Skype premium compared to Google Voice. You can get the best of both worlds for free by using Google Voice and a free Skype account.
