This is more FFR Gambling than an actual tournament at this point if you think about how average works.

Yep yep, of course each new score affects the average. The easiest way to make up for that is to aim slightly for the other end of the average, proportional to about how much your new score will affect the average.

A more complicated method would be to use calculus to derive the limit of the average as your score approaches the average.

I dun wanna make this any more of a math problem than it already is, I just wanna be as close to the avg as possible, by just sitting back and watching the trends then striking XD

Since about only half of the participants actually posted scores so far in this round, the avg can fluctuate a lot easier. If everyone posted, the avg can stabilize and you have a better idea of what scores you should have.
