Personally, I prefer something not as hectic, so 20031023, Torinouta are really nice to listen to, just for the consistent beat. I also like K8107, despite how it's mostly trills. Hehe<3

Seems like almost any chart taps would be interesting to listen to... Tageri might be nice.
If Tageri is done properly, it's actually somewhat obnoxious because of the constant interval changes and really strange burst timing (I've done this before, haha). It doesn't have a well defined base that makes it pleasing to listen to.
I actually really enjoy the taps of 12 Bar Bloops because there's a lot of rhythmic detail, and it's very active. Also, both versions of Obscene Amount of Steam/No Purpose Flour sound amazing if you're actually trying to hit the bursts and not jumptrill or turn flams into jumps (both versions referring to FFR and DF versions, as the DF versions are on fucking steroids compared to the FFR ones).
