I used to run Mega Man X as well. My best recorded time on an old PC for X2 was around 46:30 D;

I pussy out in X2 and waste time getting and filling some health containers so that I don't die in sigma's fortress hah. I think ~55 is the fastest I could ever get it.

Game is fun as hell to speed run though.

I swear to god, Patashu is in every fucking srl chat I go to.

And I don't just visit the same five guys over and over again.

And I thought I was alone hah.

I might get into the speedrunning bandwagon and start helping on planning some more obscure titles (basically, I'll try running some crappy games in the spirit of AwfulGDQ, like Quattro Adventure). Don't really know where to start though.

I was randomly browsing SRL one night and I did see you playing Cat Planet. I told everyone in the TB chat and they were like "wait he speed runs?"

None of us knew and TB has a lot of people who wait for teh urhns.

Also we should keep a list of recommended streamers that aren't just FFR users.

Add links for say Siglemic, Cosmo, Moltov, ect (to name a few of my personal favorites)

This seems like a good idea, but then people will argue over whether someone deserves to be on "teh ilst" or not, which I feel would be counterproductive. Besides, these runners are well known enough that people can sniff around the interblag for the relevant links.

Also, anyone open to discussing tool-assisted runs in here, or are we keeping this to all skill?
