Whiteboi should be way higher up on that list. Speed > Accuracy. Lots of people have pretty good accuracy, but how many other people can get his speed? Maybe 3/4? if that... Combo'd most of quasar 1.9...

Yes it is. Ie. An FC on quasar 1.8 is much more impressive than a AAA on 1.3. Accuracy can generally come with time to atleast a decent level. Speed is generally natural and although can be improved not to an equal extent.
