also Mediafire took down the stupid song zips again
FUCKING MEDIAFIRE
I'm not doing this for the music I'm doing it so we can all smash our keyboards to the dulcet tones of Taylor Swift
I mean, give a guy a break
I'll upload it to sendspace when I get home...in like 3 hours ;__;Last edited by moches; 01-17-2013, 01:18 AM.Comment

beside each song post the chosen set of graphics for that song (or all the sets if you prefer, but it would be more time consuming)

Can mediafire get through password-protected zip files?
PS: SMO is on an "upload every pack ever" mission, if the pack is done you could hand it off to them and just use their link as the official DL.Best AAA: Policy In The Sky [Oni] (81)

I put a password on my file and Mediafire still took it down
I'll just upload the file again to sendspace later.
It'd be nice if I could just upload the pack, but it isn't even close to being ready for release yet. I'm just uploading the song files so that the graphics crew can listen to them and make appropriate graphics.Comment

Ah. That sucks. It almost seems like nowadays the only solution is to abandon the old popular filesharing sites and use new tiny ones (which haven't yet gotten big enough that they have to be paranoid about everything).Best AAA: Policy In The Sky [Oni] (81)

Re: The FFR Compilation Pack needs your ~artistic~ power! (Yes, credits are involved.
It is probably because you uploaded essentially the same file before, minus the password protection. Perhaps they have the ability to check files that have been marked for infringement against newly uploaded files, and if they are similar mediafire will just immediately take them down.
Pretty much all of these sites are a terrible place to try and post files. I've seen a few people use dropbox which seems to hold out alright.
Like qqwerf said though, the second you release your pack it will be indefinitely hosted on SMO's server for archival. Until then...try not to use crap like mediafire, rapidshare, or sendspace lol.Comment

Re: The FFR Compilation Pack needs your ~artistic~ power! (Yes, credits are involved.
The only problem is Dropbox is that you only have a very limited amount (2 GB, which is around 6-7 packs or so) of data you can upload. So it's not ideal to keep them up for a long time, you're better off sending the DL link to someone who could upload the pack on their own website.
Like what qqwref said, you should probably send the DL link to foxfire or anyone who could host the packs on SMO though.Comment

For now, I'll upload everythin to Dropbox and share the link here
I'll make sure that you guys are the first people to get this pack later when it's ready lol <3

Well he isn't even hosting the unfinished pack, he is just trying to host song files so people can get a better feel for graphics they would want to make for it. I think he'll be able to host that on dropbox for a couple weeks without much hassle for something like that, it really isn't meant to be permanent I would imagine.
EDIT: Awesome, that sounds great. Dropbox is pretty handy for temporary stuff.Last edited by foxfire667; 01-17-2013, 03:08 AM.Comment

Looking at all the sets as a whole, if someone would like to if someone has the time to re-do lovely bloodflow because I am personally not happy with how it turned out.
Try to capture the feel of this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QtTpszuKXqA
PS: Rest of the sets look nice imo, each of us has a unique style but they still manage to look visually appealing.Last edited by Coolboyrulez0; 01-17-2013, 04:21 AM.Comment
