Oh shit evnoir is watching this thread. He will give you all the good insight. Hopefully Evnoir will say the exact same thing, BUT for the in ears you are kind of paying for the convinience of them being extra portable. For the price though I would definitely recommend the Audio Technica M50s seeing as they can be found cheap as fuck and sound like 200 dollar headphones.

Or be like me and Evnoir sport some extra swag and blang. Deck yourself out with a nice amp and dac. Spend like a couple thousand on multiple pairs of headphones. Find which one you like the best and don't look back.

On a more serious note here. (Evnoir kind of debates on a lot of this stuff except for the High end gear, but here should be a general guide.)
