I have three personal options I do when I warm up:
1. 95% of the time, I would use my stress ball to loosen up the muscles in my hands so that way, your muscles are more prepared and warm before you play.
2. If I have no stress ball, I would start off with a moderate-easy file first (I recommend files with jacks) to get my fingers moving and warm BEFORE I start playing the harder songs. This is a really good way to not screw up your hands as easily since your muscles loosens up while you were doing the easier files. Yes, you CAN warm up by just playing easy/moderate-hard files. You do not have to start with an insane file to warm up. In fact, I DO NOT recommend it as it could cause injury to the hands but that is up to the user obviously.
3. I go out and exercise or fap before I play FFR. These works the best because while you are doing one of these, muscles all over your entire body are loose which makes your performance even better.
Also, what you eat in the morning (or throughout the day) are also important factors.

The idea that RDCP 3 may come out in the future is a fun thought to have~

I start off with MA files on stepmania (judge 7) for 5-10 songs. Then I switch to j4 and I play stuff that train stamina (Death Piano 1 or 2 times, 2 minute jack on stepmania, pure jack files like Tell v3, or just simply put...files that I absolutely hate).
It makes me feel like everything else I play is much easier. I'm not fully warmed up until I start sweating and forearms actually feel warm.
