There are certain combinations of notes my keysetup wont register when I hit then together, so it's an automiss when they come up in the harder songs.

what sm are you using and what noteskins?

3.95, and default.

According to sm i only have 'one' noteskin for solo which is default. But, I would like to use note though.

I think it means that the noteskin is missing the upright/upleft etc.

just downloaded BCMP6. I figured the files would be easy, and then I remembered that IIDX is really hard. these patterns are nuts.

Honestly i am a little mad by this. I feel people are so used to 4 key that they won't even give 6 key a chance and honestly i find that rather stupid. You give a LITTLE bit of time and you can earn yourself credits and find out why we play 6 key and why its so much fun, but no some people seem to just to be so closed minded that they will play 4key every day because its what they are used to. Just explore your boundries god damn. How are you supposed to be called a rhythm gamer when people stick to a shitty concept like 4key anyway

open stepmania > options > test input

this feature allows you to find optimal key setups. hold down multiple keys, and the ones that register will display on the screen.
