If you look at the spreadsheet you can see the entire elimination structure, and seeing as D1-2 have so few people, I had to combine several rounds, so the first 4 rounds will decide the first elimination, then rounds 5-7 will decide the 2nd, and the final round will decide the winners.

This is for D2 though. but you get the idea of how it should work for other divisions with a small number of participants.
