I just looked into the values, etc, and you had too many averages/boos to get the point. It's based off of the score [see value in () next to parenthesis] and you were short on that value. Your score was 1,322,805 when you needed somewhere in the ballpark of 1,331,000 or something (I forgot the exact number already lol)
all depends on whether YOSHl left a border on accident, or if jimerax copypasted the image, or if it was saved as a jpg. Any of those would either eliminate the transparency, or leave a border in the first instance.
I pmed jimerax a fix right after he put it up, it's really just waiting on him to switch them

Not sure what to call it but some songs in Velocity have reverse scoring (total stays at 0 til you mess up). Not a big deal, just thought I'd mention it. I prefer it to be this way actually
It's a setting Velocity implemented a little while back that allows people to track how far off of the AAA score they are, so you know if you need to get better than a -255 due to your last score, you can watch that number out of the corner of your eye and see if it gets past that, etc.
iirc, it's only when you hover your mouse over the score area, but that could have changed and I didn't know it.
Unrecorded scores form: add an exception that stops a lower score from overwriting a potentially higher score in your level ranks. You probably should also add a BBcode message to post in the Unrecorded Scores Thread, too. I just tested this out on my debit13 account by overwriting a 3 good score on Treasure Planet with a score that only made it 250 arrows in.
This should be somewhat of a high priority, because it can unintentionally affect player's scores without them knowing it.
