I'm going to take a break from playing FFR for a while due to both of my wrists hurting. I hate my job...

No. Both get the same amount of credits. You're both technically in the same division anyway.

Well your are still in D3 even if your subdivided so... No, it's equal distribution to all 6 divisions and it's not even among placements.
