No, it's the freaking laptop screen. Moving the camera around doesn't do crap to prevent that effect
It's simply just not possible to get a clear view of the screen with that laptop - what I mean is something like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JviDV5D9w-Q
So basically you'll just have to deal with it
