You can clearly see the spike on the second one, but that first one is masked pretty bad by a...crash? not an audio technician, I'm too lazy to open up the file

It's a bass kick, and yeah. It's there, but the kick sorta hides the snare, so it's not worth stepping.
Again, what I get for not using ddream lmfao

I can't say I'm surprised, but I do thank (most of) the judges for their good notes.
Especially Aj's Speedcore notes. Already working on it for the next batch. Lots of little things I hadn't thought about. (As a side note that 32nd wall note was hilarious and my mom asked me why I was laughing so loud.)

Playtest: Very fun. I really like the use of white notes for layering in the foreground melody, which lets it be expressed without making the file overstepped.

That's exactly what I was going for, THANK YOU for understanding why I white-noted.

It and 0 were the last two songs I looked at, on the last two days ... By that time, I knew I should have passed it ... but I should have just passed it the first time I ever looked at it, earlier... So late, I didn't want to burden anyone else ... but I didn't think about how I was cheating you out of a good critique, because like, I didn't think it would get accepted anyway ... I really hope that some other judges might volunteer to look at your file, to get a more fair review to really help with making it a better file ... I know I didn't help at all, and I wasn't nice about it, and I apologize for all that. An apology right now won't help at all, though, and I don't think you care to hear excuses ... Urf, but if any other judges think they can look at the file and give more constructive comments, please do so. It deserves a more fair treatment than what happened.

P.S. I won't be online at all tomorrow, at least, not until late. I'm moving back into the dorms. Going to close up real soon and pack the computer stuff.
