That's really not an accomplishment regardless of how good/bad you are at the game, under 10k overall rank is achievable by anyone, including my 11 year old cousin who got 7k rank in 2 weeks.

IMO, an accomplishment is an accomplishment no matter how small the accomplishment may be.

The size of the accomplishment is entirely dependent on the player's skill/situation. While it might be small to some, note that it was enough of an accomplishment for the player to post in the forums.

Think about skill accomplishments: a level 10 AAA won't necessarily be a huge accomplishment for some who has ten or more Guru AAAs, but it's still nice to congratulate a player for what they've done.
