Don't worry guys, her life is going to be absolutely HORRIBLE for the rest of her life now. Everyone knows who she is and that she is guilty, she will not be served at restaurants, no one will hire her, and no one will be friends with her for the rest of her life.

While many jury's may be filled with morons, justice will be done.

@Izzy: unfortunately, yes. Even if she posted a video on youtube doing that, she can't be arrested again. Though I wouldn't be surprised if she did an OJ Simpson-esque memoir on the case. "If I had done it..." (Or some shit like that hehe...) Well, let's all praise the idiots while we shun the intelligent folks behind...

@Eeumi: While it is bad that she lost her daughter, you have to see it from the evidence point of view. It all points to her. I mean, if I recall, they claimed that the death was an accident. Why didn't she call the cops at the instant she saw her daughter dead? Why did she stuff her into a suitcase/bag/whatever and the cops found the daughter in there? The stuff she told the cops contradicts everything. She basically lied under oath and it was the judge, prosecutor, DA, and the jury's fault for not pointing that out. See how all this unfold? I'm not saying you're wrong or whatnot but still, the evidence points to Caylee killing her own daughter.

our court system isn't based on 'common sense obvious' decisions. she was found not guilty, and only she knows for a fact whether she killed her child or not. everyone gets all geeked up whenever someone loses the public opinion fight and gets acquitted. it is what it is. just another case of some murdered kid; not even news-worthy in my opinion.

in other news all the dexter comments are outrageous. great show, but a life is still a life after all.

This is a very naive view of the court system. There are plenty of "common sense" linkages when it comes to substantiating the evidence in a case. Remember the Scott Peterson case? Do you know what constitutes proof and its interpretation of it?

The prosecution in this case ****ed up so badly.

I wasn't really surprised she was found not guilty of murder, I mean all the evidence against her was circumstantial so it could have gone either way really.
