Question: Can we keep improving scores from old rounds once we get to next rounds? It would give a chance from those behind to actually try to come back and keep this interesting. It would also give a chance to everyone who couldn't play much at a specific round to go back and fix their scores.

You will incur a penalty for late scores, but if your score is considerably improved even with the penalty, then by all means submit.
