Image isn't mine, but if you shift these ticks to the right slightly it's basically the same area I screwed up on:



I actually don't think this test is worth much as you get closer to 0; it's more about distinguishing slight changes in similar color than it is your everyday ability to recognize color. My mother has a better sense of color than I do, and she'd score much lower on this test.
