Okay, so ... Here's the deal.
A few days ago I was playing World of Warcraft. I was leveling up my Shaman running a dungeon. We get to the final boss and just as it starts my screen goes black and then goes to sleep. I turned the monitor back on and it said it had no signal. This has happened to me before. It means the graphics card is burnt and bad.
So, just this morning I went out and I was unable to buy the equivalent of my graphics card because that would have costed me roughly 379 dollars. I have one of the best graphics card out there through NVIDIA and it was just too much. So, i downgraded to an 80 PCI (not PCI Express) cute little thing that will be much lower quality and grade than my current one. I will have to reformat my ENTIRE computer and bring it back to factory conditions. That means the Operating System I will be using is Windows Vista.
So, with that being said, I will still attempt to play vs. you Zierg, but don't expect any spectacular scores now that I will have to deal with vista. I'm sorry. :/
Just wanted to update you as well as Austin and Tiff with my shitty scores that will come about of this. I also need, or if someone could link me, to some forum threads about speeding up the performance of vista so it doesn't lag. Like Gamebooster or stuff like that, so if you could either link or PM that stuff to me it would be great. Thanks guys.
