2. Because no one in D3 and lower can reasonably do that file. I'm just removing the temptation of stupidity.
3. Possibly, I'm still looking around songs, there might be 1-2 more from the Custom DF engine that we add. I'm gonna extend on this and say there should also be at least a few more difficulty changes.
4. If you're on the waiting list: this means if someone drops out you get their place - or if we get 6 more on the D4 List we get a 16 person bracket instead.It kinda plays two rolls.

Example of what I mean by if someone drops out you get their place is that let's say Prongsie gets shot in the hand and can't play and has to drop out and it's right as round 2 starts. This means when she drops the first person in line on the waiting list takes her place, because I want to avoid free passes as much as possible.
