I'll definitely get the VLC app, if it does what you say it does. However, how would I got about even putting, say, an MKV file onto it, how the **** do I get it on there? iTunes is just like LOL SRY U CANT PUT THAT ON HERE.

Of course the iPad still looks brand new, I got it yesterday ffs.

and Phynx, get a Galaxy S, they use capacitive touchscreens like the iphone as well, instead of those crappy resistive ones, not to mention uses an OLED display covered in scratch/shatterproof gorilla glass ;D

I thought Galaxy S phones used Super AMOLED screens?

That's what I just said.

Super AMOLED. The super am part just means they liquefied and dissolved the touch sensor film directly onto the screen's surface instead of having to put another layer on top of the screen.

There's a setting under the apps menu on file sharing with apps. The VLC app will walk you through it.

I have no idea why the multitask panel isn't working. It's supposed to work fine on 4.0. Works fine on my 3rd gen pod.

VLC looks like it downsamples the hell out of any video I put on it. Makes everything extremely poor quality, also, I just put the blu-ray quality version of Avatar on it, and it plays it at like... 0.1 fps...

I heard the iPad was a PoS, but I didn't know it was THAT much of a PoS :P unfortunate, but at least you got it for free and didn't actually pay for it :/

Yeah I tried winning the TV's last night, 42" and 37" Vizio's, I would have greatly preferred either one. They had like 20k worth of prizes, I only tried for these 3 items.

Just jailbreak the ****er and sell it for $100 more than base price.

The iPad's a stupid piece of **** unless you jailbreak it, but at this point you'd be better off with selling it for the cash before they announce to the ipad 2 or what the **** ever they're going to call it. Use that $600 or so dollars to buy a good android phone or something.

Yes, I acknowledge the fact that the iOS still can't run flash, but after the 4.0 patch, everything is a hell of a lot stabler then it used to be.

Just install frash. Wala, flash support.
