        It's best to still get 8-10 hours of sleep a night during puberty. And heavy lifting stunts growth!

                                        Inversion table. Apparently it helps to stretch out the vertebrae of the spine and give you some more height. My father uses one but I'm not sure how well it works. I'm still taller than him but don't use it myself.

                                                    I also wish I was taller, but for a real reason. I play volleyball and am 6'3. Most people that play college however are >6'5... although I am not a hitter and height isn't something that I'm worried about, I would like to be up there just to have bragging rights. =[

                                                        I'm 16 and 5'7...
                                                        I really don't mind it, but I suppose 1 or 2 inches taller would be nice since I'm an inch shorter than my girlfriend. Oh well, she doesn't mind
