I currently work at a Wendys, depending on the employees your burgers can be rather nice. I try to make it look appetizing at least.

I worked at an A&W before, I can't eat there food anymore. The place was supposed to be shut down by health and safety, that's how bad it was. And I always find my fries even now to still be cold.

A&W is pretty much on the same level as In 'n Out. Except for the fries...A&W fries are kinda ****ty.

I get good days and bad days for fries, some times they're undercooked and mushy, sometimes they're overcooked and crispy and sometimes they're perfect.

I have, isn't it similar to a momma burger but with mozza cheese? I dislike momma burgers, but I'll get it if I'm short on cash.

Okay, maybe they're different elsewhere, but as for the A&W near me, the burgers are always half-burnt and they look like they got tossed to a dog before being handed to me.

Now as for Carl's Jr. on the other hand... mmm... six dollar burgergasm...

Double mozza burger with a poutine instead of fries and a root beer milkshake (or root beer if the milkshake machine is broken, and it often is )... the perfect combination. @_@

And I can tell you why everything is so messy at McDonald's (aka Gag 'n' Puke): the kitchen times are supposed to be less than thirty seconds per order, and when an order has a zillion burgers on it because GnP is so ****ing cheap and the drunkards are stocking up before they go home and pass out or the large families are feeding their zillions of babies because they're too ****ing lazy to provide proper nutrition, and then more orders come along and the order screen is pending (4 orders + the number pending), everything gets put together in a sloppy manner in order to keep on top of those thirty second times (and they're often around the ninety second mark).

I prefer fast food restaurants that aren't as busy. Sometimes the food may have been sitting in a warming tray for a bit longer, but they often take their time assembling the meal and that's worth brownie points in my book.

It's funny because I get my food faster at A&W than I do at McDonalds and the food looks and taste better.

Our A&W can be the busiest thing ever, I still get my meal in less than 30 seconds, I went to Toronto (Yorkdale mall) and had to wait over 5 minutes for my teen burger meal and there was only 3-4 people infront of me.

I'm actually craving a teen burger meal right now... I might go with the GF later. I have coupons that end on Nov 2nd and one of them is 2 teen burger meals (2 teen burgers, 2 medium fries, 2 regular drinks) for 10.99 instead of 8.xx each. It's a massive deal, you save like 6 bucks.

Unfortunately for us that live in upstate New York, we don't have A&W's for a bit of ways, maybe an hour or so travel distance. Same with Sonic, and a lot of other more popular fastfoods. So, I am sad to say that I've never had the enjoyment of devouring a Teen Burger from A&W.
