Tera, you're awesome.

I think you should continue to play, but buy some of those rubber balls and throw them. They'll give you the satisfaction of putting a small dent in the wall if you throw them hard enough, they make a nice thud noise, and they're fun. That's only if you don't have breakables in your room though.

Another good idea is stuffed animals. RIP THEIR HEADS OFF.
It's the most satisfying rage ever. You tear them apart and pull the stuffing out. Then shove the stuffing in your mouth and realize that was a bad idea. Then you spend the next 3 minutes pulling small white fibers off your tongue, and you have yourself a small laugh.

That's a good 5 or 6 minute long rage, and you'll be smiling immediately afterwards and be like 'Ahh Fuck it, I'll go play Halo or something'.

Indeed I shall, but just to add to video game induced rage: I've thrown a phone through a wall, smashed my old kb(hence all the "," usage in mp), broke 2 mics, and a controller.
