Nah, it looks like the official tournamet placements places most people one division higher than they are in smaller tournaments, because it has a huge number of real beginners (people who can't AAA a 4) in D1. People of that skill level rarely join the unofficial tournaments, so the "beginner" brackets tends to include people who can AAA 7's and 8's. I can name at least three people who play beginner in most unofficial tournaments, but got placed in D3. And we're not the worst in the division, by any means.Comment
