I thought it was pretty simple and eye catching, so I created that small 10-minute banner to help draw attention to this thread. I don't think an eye-burning rainbow coloured 50 minute banner is necessary to complete the same job.
Ps: You should mention the '40' participant rule in your OP, otherwise people will misunderstand the message in the post and will think that everybody will earn the 2k credits. I'm not an ATM machine, although I wish I was
