Back in the day I had such a crappy computer. It would load Diablo at like... 5 fps. For me Diablo was more like 13 years ago though, maybe 12.

Now my computer is so good that I can't time the duping glitch haha cheating lol

I also miss Warcraft I and II. Was it just me or was Warcraft I freaking impossible.

Oh and DUNE!

I can't say I miss playing SNES games because I still do. I re-beat Secret of Mana and Chrono Trigger about once a year. And I still play Mario Kart with friends (the original, don't have my N64 anymore, sister stole it from me D:<)

I miss Superhero City, the hobby shop I went to like 10-15 years ago. I played in Type 2 MTG tournaments all the time, but I just bought a preconstructed deck and opened it in front of my first opponent and learned how the deck worked as the tournament progressed. I even made the finals a few times. The kids at that hobby shop weren't very good, haha.

I just read that Midway filed for bankruptcy and I couldn't help but think back the the NFL Blitz days on the N64. I have yet to find a game since Blitz that is so unrealistic (in regards to physics) but so fun.

Midway makes me think of Mortal Kombat, Killer Instinct, Gauntlet, Unreal Tournament, etc. What type of filing was it?

I loved Midway..

edit: Chapter 11, good, so they're at least going to continue making games.. UT3 was amazing. I could stand to play a UT4..

I went digging through my old stuff and found Mortal Kombat for Gameboy Pocket. IMO it's hard to beat the boss. I forget his name. I'll go play now lol.

hmm i was 4 back then so id say that i miss playing rayman everyday at like 6 in the morning and totally destroying it with my mad rayman skills

Hm, 10 years ago... I miss watching Sailor Moon on TV in the mornings. And 1st and 2nd grade. I actually loved going to school when I was younger but now I hate it. I guess things change. I honestly can't remember much from 10 years ago other than the fact that I moved from Utah to Virginia and moved to Florida in early 2000, which was more like 9 years ago. 5 years ago... I was in 6th/7th grade. Nothing really important happened cause I was depressed. I had just recently moved from Florida to Virginia again and I pretty much hated my parents and didn't want to make new friends. Never really did until I got into high school.

I think The Butcher is the most memorable part of Diablo to those who have played it. It's so hard that it sticks in your head just for being hard, and because it's the part you replayed so many times just to try and win.

I've brought Diablo up to a couple friends over the years, and every single one has had the automatic "Oh yeaaaah... remember The Butcher??" response, haha. Good times.
