ludicrousosity- no one really decides on what songs go into the tier point list. what they do is they take the hardest 100 songs and use those. if there is a tie between the bottom 2 or 3, they(jimerax is all i know of who "they" are) probably look at the actual difficulty ratings, located here. http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...ad.php?t=34509
