Use the magic wand tool to remove the background and save it as a .gif.
I'm pretty sure that's how I used to do it.

These are pretty cool. I would ask for one, but I don't have a pic and am too lazy to get one. So if you have an idea for doing it without the pic, then I would gladly accept one. Your choice. And some 1500 credits or so seems to be sitting in my bank with no particular use.......

using illustrator sarah its built in filter i do very little its all who cares973
illustrator for the vector then a little photoshop for cutting and placing the figure
