Takashi's Challenge for the Fanicom. Basically it takes a crazy guy to beat it. not touching the controller for an hour straight, mahsing a button for two hours straight, other vROFL challenges that some japanese actor named Takashi made and he hates videogames. That's stupid in my opinion... but, you can flame all you want about it (seriously though. If you think it's possible, go to Nintendo in Japan and play it. It's hard I tell you!!!)

The Monkey Ball games can be pretty intense, especially when you're trying to unlock master. For those who do not have any knowledge about the first monkey ball game, to unlock master you must complete 60 extremely complex floors without losing a single life.

Oh, if you were trapped inside a box for your entire life, not knowing a thing about the outside world, Silent Hill 3 on Hard mode (Both puzzles and enemies) would be the hardest game of all time.

I still have an incredibly hard time on Easy mode, lmfao. XD

I'm going to say the Gradius franchise (especially the arcade versions) are incredibly hard. The only Gradius game I've beaten from start to finish are the (super) nintendo ports of Gradius and Gradius 3.

It took me three months to beat Master Ninja. I had that game memorized and it was still difficult.

This game, IWBTG, silver surfer for the NES, and Super Mario Rofl (A mario game based of the orignal Super Mario for the NES, you couldn't mess up once or you had to restart).

I am going to have to agree with you that the Super Monkey Ball games are some very hard games. Are they the absolute hardest games though? They are technically beatable and 100% completable, which isn't true for some other games.

I do have to give mad respect to anyone who can 100% complete those games though. They are very tough and I know of the precision and reflexes that is required of them, which is very tight. Those are very respectable games to beat.
