First attempt at making someone attack. Now to figure out an easy way to color it. Or else coloring 22 frames would take way to long =(

The red slicing graphic arent transparent backgrounds. I don't know how to crop them correctly ;_;

Okay, so after a while of messing around I think I found something that might help colouring the green easier.

Open the gif
Select the very top layer
Click on Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >> Selective Color...
Click here for further instructions

I think this should work...

The only downfall to doing this is the fact that the leaves of the flower are the same green as her dress. :/

these? It seems difficult to crop out of the black. =(

Easy.

Open up the file
Duplicate the layer
Select the background layer
Go to your channels tab
Select the blue channel (it should make the image black and white and the eyeball should only be on the blue channel)
In the channels tab there should be a little icon at the bottom that looks like a dotted circle... click it
Select the inverse
Select the duplicated layer
Hit delete
Throw the background layer away.

Easy.

Select the blue channel (it should make the image black and white and the eyeball should only be on the blue channel)
In the channels tab there should be a little icon at the bottom that looks like a dotted circle... click it
Select the inverse
Select the duplicated layer
Hit delete
Throw the background layer away.

its not colored correctly with the red channel and red slashes
i can't believe it was this obvious though

Try messing around with the other channels. Do you have the red slash image?

Wherever did you find this heavenly dump of sprites? I've been combing the internet for full gifs, but a sprite compilation would probably work all the same (once I figure out how to make gifs). Doubtless you won't tell me, ne? XD
