Seihou music sucks hands down. Samidare was ok, but it's not part of Seihou.

Really, Seihou is a completely different series not from Touhou produced by Amusement Makers. Some Touhou characters appeared in their games (Reimu, Marisa, Yuka, etc.). ZUN helped out a bit in their first two games. I don't know too much about it. I barely hear anything about it.

Two awesome original nicovideo doujin slideshow featuring Ronald McDonald.

Ran Ran Ryuu has good pictures and many classic anime references. Only problem is, I'm not sure if it's still in progress atm... no updates for a while.

Dougeshi has somewhat good pictures. Action packed battle scenes, though Ran Ran Ryuu is better. This one is frequently updated.

I CAN translate them and put them up on youtube, but only if the pictures make it seem interesting enough.

NOTE: The preface/post comment takes up much of the mere 10 min episodes.

Those EWI Touhou songs are always great to listen too. The new Remilia version was great.

So after playing through SA here are my impressions on the characters and music.


Stage 1 theme: Meh.

Kisume- BUCKET LOLI yes yes yes

Stage 1 boss theme: Was really cool for stage one.

Yamame- Not too memorable.

Stage 2 theme: I really like the ambience, it's a really nice song.

Stage 2 boss theme: I LOVE this song, alot different from what ZUN usually does.

Parsee- For me, not too memorable besides the theme.

Stage 3 theme: This song makes me happy for some reason.

Stage 3 boss theme: Really nice and energetic, pretty good song.

Yuugi- OMG ANOTHER ONI, not as awesome as Suika though. -_-

Stage 4 theme: I love this entire stage, and this music just makes it even better.

Cat (x2)- Annoying but easy miniboss.

Stage 4 boss theme: I can't put into words how much I love this, it's just amazing.

Satori- Ties nukeloli for my favorite character in the game, I read her translations and she just sounds so awesome, and the fact that she copies the partner's attacks makes her even cooler. Oh and the Konata Izumi smile just tops it all off. :P

Stage 5 theme: Nice song, can't really say anything else.

Stage 5 boss theme: It's alright, a little more upbeat than the stage theme.

Orin- WENDY'S *cough* Pretty awesome boss, although the most annoying fight in the game IMO. -_-

Stage 6 theme: Really fitting for the stage. That is all.

Stage 6 boss theme: EXTREMELY fitting, reminds me of a nuclear disaster or something, I didn't like it at first, but it's REALLY grown on me.

Reiuji- Ties Satori for my favorite character in the game. I mean, what isn't awesome about getting giant suns thrown in your face? xD Just the concept of a nuke loli is badass. xD Oh and CAUTION! just makes her even more badass. :P

----What I've deduced from replays about extra----

Theme: Nice song, one of the better extra stage themes.

Sanae- lolwut

Boss theme: Really catchy, and nice and boss-sounding.

Koishi- Don't know much about her, she has heart bullets and penis danmaku xD.





Overall: I REALLY like SA. Alot of the songs are original sounding, and Satori and nuke loli are just awesome, plus, there are alot of new bullet types such as hearts and GIANT OMG WTF SUNS, annnnnd they brought back slaves from IN.

So yeah those were my thoughts, I might not of worded them correctly as I'm a bit tired. :P
