Wrong, 623 is slower and less suitable than 236B, because 236 is bomb/supercancellable, 623 is not. 6A does not chain into itself or 6B in a blockstring, 236B is recommended. A good chunk of Remilia's followups require a bomb cancel from that.

Oh I see. It was an SWR inherit... you can't use bombs whenever you want in SWR, and I never use bombs in SWR. Hence, I never use bombs in IaMP either... but now I understand. I use 623B over 236B in SWR because my 236B tends to get blocked often even if I do it as an intended combo finisher. Maybe that's not true in SWR either, and I just suck, but w/e. I need to learn how to use bombs.

Bombs work differently in SWR because it's 60%; a lot harder to combo than in IaMP.

I came up with a list of things you can do to help connect. Add to the list. (Basically, I was bored enough to search the net for stuff. Sac Mrs gave me a site. and that got me searching the whole night for other info.)

Troubleshooting

Here's a list of some basic connection techs. Know how to change your router settings. You should always have your router options bookmarked/favorited.

Turn off your UPnP function for the router.
Turn on DMZ and set its IP address to the router IP.
Allow UDP to be endpoint independent (router).
Follow youtube instructions for latency improvement: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gyVX4ARBMkM (for both Hamachi, local, and router ips, 3 folders to change. you can change them all at once and reenable all.)
Turn off Windows Firewall, make sure exceptions are turned off too.

Can anyone explain how the relay system works in detail?

Basically, both players connect to the mizuumi.net preset port. mizuumi.net becomes the virtual host that allows us to play.

So, how does mizuumi.net function? Is it an idle AI process? If so, how come the host becomes unavailable at certain times?

I tried to play stargroup. No latency, but horrible lag. We couldn't relay, so we did direct. Lag, ended up freezing. =/

That is incorrect. During combos, it counts as an O-bomb and does damage. N-bombs and D-bombs do not (in neutral state and blockstun respectively).

Ah, okay thanks, I didn't know that. The reason why I said that earlier, is because in 1P(yes, i play it), whenever I used a bomb to knock an enemy away from me, it didn't do anything to them.
