Okay.
I am an NPC at first. I am a second-in-command of a clan whose trademark is using only knives as weapons. Once you beat the clan, I join AS A SUMMON. Or some kinda special attack of some kind.
Tanned skin, blue under shirt, unbuttoned white shirt, and black jeans. And hair like that of Mr. Slim Jim.Comment

Max HP:Medium-low (Kenny dies very easly if you've ever watched South Park)
Max MP:Medium-high
Attack:High
Defence:Low
Intelligence:High
Agility:MAX (Kenny is quick and sneaky)
70% critical hits every attack (Kenny is lucky =D)
Resists all County or Hip Hop songs. (I like Dance o_O;
Immune to Cold
Immune to all n00b attacks
Stronger then those of lower agility
Special Attacks
Sneaky Run - Sneaks behind its opponent and scares them (opponent may have hard attack).. Take's 40% of there HP. 60% if critical hit (or critical scare ^_^)
Death Rats - Unleashes the wrath of the death rats (The ones that eat Kennys body when he dies almost every episode). Hits all opponents and does critical damage to those that are almost dead.
Psy Heal/Life - Uses Psy to heal or bring him back to life (He needs something to heal him because he dies somewhat easly and the Psy Life automaticly happens when he dies the first time... When he comes back to life, he will have no more Psy Life, in other words he can only use Psy Life once)
Clothes
Look at avatar (I want my character to look like kenny). Orange hooded sweat-shirt covering whole upper boddy (except eyes and part of face (Like in avatar)). Black shoes, but the shoes arent really shoes, there black lines o_O) Brownish mittons and same color orange pants. Make him have no blood or holes in body or any goreyness like in my avatar. I want him to be alive. But when he dies, make him all gorey.

I'm working on better overword sprites now that I have 4.5 Real Operation to work with.I watched clouds awobbly from the floor o' that kayak. Souls cross ages like clouds cross skies, an' tho' a cloud's shape nor hue nor size don't stay the same, it's still a cloud an' so is a soul. Who can say where the cloud's blowed from or who the soul'll be 'morrow? Only Sonmi the east an' the west an' the compass an' the atlas, yay, only the atlas o' clouds.Comment

And can you give me some instructions? Or can we all just save trouble of me annoying you guys (im a n00b at making cartoon characters) and have somebody else make it? ^_^
By the way.. Did I do the RPG thing right?
I would like him to look like this:
