There's a 3 step approach for volleyball. So if you can convert all the energy from your running start into 3 steps, you'll do okay :P
point taken but i'm a hop skip and a jump person from dance (chauches..again french) to get height but i still work on it, slowly but surely because my therapist says i need to be able to bear all my weight on my ankle now after a jump so i'm taking up volleyball again, and i used to swim for a while

Football. Ultimate when I want. Volleyball when I want. Former basketball. Former wrestler. Thinking about some field events this year (Shotput and discus) But other than that, that's all I can think of.

Gymnastics baby! Uhh yeah. I love it and hate it at the same time. Keeps me in shape though. And getting to do flips on a 4 inch beam is kind of cool I must say.

I'm not a member of any sports teams now, but I ran cross country and was captain of the wrestling team in high school. My final wrestling season was very dissappointing. I captured the county champion title at 145 lbs, but managed to sprain my ankle during my first match at regionals =(
