3) This isn't for the tournament, this is for placing, don't worry about placing well on this song if he's already made up his mind that you are in Expert ^_^
4) If people in the Expert division could, like you said, get Oni as well.... how does that mean you don't belong in Expert? That only proves the point more. It means the people in this division really are in your skill level. Look at how many people in Advanced could get Oni - no offense, but not that many. If you have Oni, you are a master. I don't think a master belongs in the second lowest division. O_o

1 out of 100 sounds really good to me considering I've played HELLBEAT about 200 now and 6-0-0-1 is my best. And I'm in your division. So there's nothing to complain about

best i can get on HELLBEAT is like lil over a 200 Combo, but a lot of boos ( no mashing) And i can do ok on k8107, not even close to FC though haha

if you can FC HELLBEAT and K8107, especially K8107 (which i can't FC without getting boos), Silence shouldn't be too hard. HELLBEAT has jumps coming faster than Silence, and K8107 has jumptrills. Is it a matter of stamina?

Great. If I was in Eternal Mana, I can't heal myself. If i was in Final Fantasy (insert number here), I can't use overdrive. If I was in Dragonquest (insert number here), I lose mp every turn. If I was in FFR, it has no effect.

I have no idea what Silence is doing. O_o

Plus, HELLBEAT is straight jumps, very easy patterns. Silence has jumps broken up by single notes in very spastic patterns, no idea why it is regarded the easiest FMO =/
