I'd be surprised if smartdude isn't right. Anyone who plays this song should see the patterns in both the screenshots (i.e. the 8th minijack with a quarter note before it and three 12ths at that BPM) repeated multiple times in the song.
I heard speed mods being discussed about earlier... I think screenshots should be taken on 1.0x always, because you can see more notes that way. And if you ever don't, you should say what speedmod you took the screenshot on.
Sorry if this was already resolved, I just haven't been checking up on this thread as much.

I copied the FFR Song List in to notepad just now (because it retained the lines, unlike Word), then I copied it from there in to Word (this also removed all the hyperlinks, which was nice)... and I made the font size 3 so each song would only take up one line... and I selected Word Count...
There are 387 lines, so I assume that means there are 387 songs in the game. Matador is song 819, so that would mean that there are 432 widget files.
This sounds weird, but it just might be true.
EDIT: Ignore the above and see my post after this.
And back to the speedmod thing... More notes does make it more obvious, BUT! that doesn't mean it is obvious. If you had the same screenshot on 3.0x and on x1.0, the x1.0 one would be more obvious because it has more notes, but it still wouldn't be easy to guess.

Can we get another hint? Both are just far too generic.
And on the topic of speed mods, I think it is ok to use ones other than 1.0x as long as you post it. I've played on either 1.5 or 1.75 since I started, and I can hardly pass standards on 1.0.Comment

I'm referring to the fact that some people make their song selections ridiculously obvious, that they have to conceal some things with a higher speed mod to make people actually have to use one guess.

That song list is whack. This time, I copied the Token and normal Level Ranks and had Word count those lines.
There are 536 songs in the game and 283 widget files.
(The number of lines in the normal Level Ranks isn't the same as the number of lines in the Song List. Weird.)Comment

That makes more sense, Lol. So... If you randomly try guessing what song it is... you have 1/400 (let's remove hidden songs - and no, It's not the REAL number, lol) chances to guess.
