Done. Sent the new info to Jammer and he updated his post. Check post #2

In jim's post it says that Tier 2, 3, and 4 requirements are subject to change.. but I went off of the numbers that he has in his post now. Oh well haha

yeah, 98 people is a lot to have on the list. If you're low T4 don't be surprised if you're removed next update.

Edit: Nvm, all of T4 might get knocked off and even some of T3.
