It confuses me as well because in the first page it says:

Highest FC Difficulty: What is the highest level of difficulty that you can FC any song in?

Did he mean any as in 1 of many or all.

I assumed it meant the hardest songs you can FC. Not really the hardest you've ever FC'd.
