Getting 16 easy tier points on easy songs really isn't going to cause a problem for the top players list.

I don't know if some songs should be removed. Yeah people are getting points for easy FCs, but if that's all they're getting, they're not going to get enough points to make it into any of the tier lists.

We're getting more songs added to the game all the time, it's expected that we would get a long list of songs eventually.

I have FC'd a few Very Challenging songs, so i guess they're easier FC's than Challenging? Lmao. But seriously, I find very challenging songs easier than challenging lol. It's kind of weird. I still can't FC them though. I almost got aztec, 1 miss close to the end cause of lag, and klung kung i got close too.

I agree with Doug about not counting skill tokens. This is what I posted earlier in this thread:
I'm not saying it's hard to get the skill tokens. This list is about getting good scores and only that. Nothing else should affect your ranking. If there's at least one person on the list who can't get a skill token requirement like less than 50 perfects, it's not fair. Every person on the list must have every skill token if you want to give points for them.

If you are going to disregard that and count the token songs anyway, I guess nothing can be done to stop you. I won't consider this list to be "fair" anymore and might even stop getting tier points.

Actually, the more songs are, the more this system is going for "effort" points than "skill" points.

But it's just a problem for inactive/random players (i.e. Baha, bill, etc), and it's pretty hard to count their skill by any those kind of point system.

Yeah Baha doesn't play anymore, really, and he could rape the tier list if he wanted to, while Bill only plays certain songs in the first place, and has such few AAA's compared to what he could have.

Lol, you shouldn't be able to get that many points just by FCing a bunch of easy stuff with crappy PA. The number really does need to be reduced. That stuff just doesn't meet up to today's standards at all.

Quoting you again, but I FC'd {Rose} with 34 goods, and LLL with 30. Is that good enough for you? Or do I have to AAA for it to be a good enough PA? Like honestly, not everyone is a really good player.

Took me a while to find this thread lol. Finally got in the tier 4.
+6 bonus for 76 (approximate) AAAs

Total Points: 160 (154 + 6)

top players list should have about 50 people, IMO. 100 at the maximum.

That's the thing, it's a TOP player list. You should have to be a really good player to get on it.

Too many people were on it at one time already which is why we raised the tier reqs. a lot to cut it back.

Yea, actually VD - low-challenging files aren't really needed for the judgement of "TOP player's skills", since basically all of them can AAA or clean FC with a few goods.

Everyone has got a lot better now.

Also noticed I have the most AAA's in T2, and more AAA's than a number of T1's. wtf XD
Damn only 31 points from T1. I'll try and get there next month.
