i believe afro was saying that:

a) banya is a japanese band.
b) the email says the sites are in japanese

but

c) the sites are: 1) in chinese 2) the other in korean

please correct me if that is not correct, afro? and could someone else please verify that the two sites are in fact NOT in japanese?

1st site confirmed korean. 90% sure other one is simplified chinese.. THNX ALTAVISTA BABELFISH! lol :P tried alot of different words on there to check.

BanYa is not Japanese. BanYa is Korean.

The first site is definitely Korean. The second is some kind of Chinese.

I mean, it is possible that the only English speaking rep for Banya is completely retarded when it comes to Eastern Languages, but I'd hope that they'd at least know what country the band is from and not simply assume "Japan".

but.... yea. that definitely doesn't seem right. if a band is going to have a contact, that contact has gotta have at least a nugget of sense.

i'll talk about it more with synth... but i really can't accept information from that source as credible.

Quite flankly I'm starting to see way Tass doesnt just say yes, The first email does say clearly that we can use it but Tass is unsure if BanYa is the one telling us yes in the first place. Razor, what site did you get that link from?!?!

Unfourantely this drama is not quite 100% adding up, linking to a 3rd party for mp3's and not really having much of a specific song list that is acceptable to use....

I hope Banya get into FFR, as they are one of my favourite artists in my SM collection. Thanks for the effort eitheir way it goes Razor and others.

The 3rd party MP3s is what kills it for me, I see them not linking to Yahpp's site but I think that BanYa would've either said "Let me send you some stuff" or "Yeah only these have fun" and left it at that
