Forget about the ini. It is sufficient to exit the song mode, go to options and machine settings and show the 4/4 rating (all on video). Showing the INI can be faked, showing the options can be faked...

I usually use multipliers, not C-mods... but still, I use 4x up to about 200bpm, then I use 3x up to about 250, so I guess I'm 600 too.
