The tier point list isn't meant to classify lower ranked players and there definitely won't be anything lower than an 8 in the list, even if the update that rebound is allegedly working on goes...

100BB is definitely not a good measure of minijacking ability. The quickest one is a 2-framer and they're just minijacks in the middle of nowhere.

Some of the new files should be TPd tho, but I think they're working on the system.. I think..
