It has to do with not being informed of these techniques

If it's explained, it makes more sense

Also, thanks for the tutorial vid, I have a better sense of what goes on behind these plays now...

In lockene the taps from :07 to :12 sound really wrong and with no hands being shown, a good explanation is needed. He is certainly not physically "hitting" all of the notes in the runningman or that...
